Pictures

One of my Christmas projects this year is a digital photo album composed of old family pictures. I will be giving this to my sister and my mother. It's been a time-consuming process but quite a lot of fun. It has been an entire family effort as we each have made some contribution to the final product. I hope it is loved as much as I have loved doing it.

I have felt like I was visiting with these old pictures and spending time with family that are long gone. I want to protect these photographs and the memories they represent and share them with younger generations. It has also been fun to locate songs to go with these pictures as we compile a movie of the images. One of my favorite songs we will use is "Old Pictures" by the Judds. I love the Judds and really wish they were still making music together!

Anyway, I hope your holiday preparations are chugging along and that you are staying in a festive holiday mood! Enjoy your family this holiday and get out the pictures and tell a few stories!
